THE "MISS" QUEEN’S QUALIFICATIONS:

NEVER been married or given birth
Must be 18-30 years of age (as of  October)
Minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches
Has knowledge of her true culture and  self
Natural born female
Natural hair
Outgoing, intelligent with mental endurance
Possess inward beauty
Application fee
Entry fee required

General Rules

-All contestants must be available to attend the preliminaries as well as the final coronations in October 2020. If selected as a winner, trips, meetings, broadcasts, featuring, photoshoots, etc. are all prizes to the winner. A chaperone will not be paid for but may attend events with you. If the winner fails to meet up with their contractual agreements, there will be a financial penalty applied for administration fees.
-All applications and entry fees must be received no later than August 30, 2020
100% of all applications and 40% of entry fees must be paid before contestant packages are distributed and benefits received
-All application fees, sponsorship fees, entry fees, and tickets are non-refundable. NO refunds will be made for any monies received.
-By applying, you are confirming that you have read and understood all rules of engagement.
-There will be no weaves, extensions, or wigs during the pageant's preliminary or final competition. All contestants must wear their natural hair. Yes, for the first time in history, afro-textured is highly recommended.
-No contestant will have had plastic surgery to enhance her beauty (including breast, lips, implants) excluding dental work.
-All contestants must be between the ages of 18-30 as in October of the competition year.
-All contestants must have a valid passport for international travel.
-All entrants under the age of 18, must have signed applications from parents or guardians.
-All photos and videos are properties of the Organization and can be used where necessary by the Organization for future promotions
-All contestants will follow the written procedure for disagreements, arguments, and all conflicts (package agreement).
-All winners are respectfully asked to refrain from competing in alternative pageants for the duration of their reign. It is also prohibited to compete in any other pageant that would refrain the candidate from continuing their reign as a representative of Miss Indigenous Organization.
-Should any winner withdraw for any reason other than a threat to health and prior to the international contest, all prizes, gifts, scholarships, cash and all properties of the organization must be returned promptly, or an additional penalty will be applied
-You must have a written and signed approval from the photographer before you submit your application for approval.
-Should a contestant be disqualified or decide not to attend the preliminaries or finals, no refunds will be acknowledged in any matter for any monies paid. Representing parties and sponsors requiring a refund will hold the contestant responsible for all damages and expenses. Miss Indigenous Organization will not be held responsible and will relinquish all matters and concerns.
-Should a contestant fail to meet the time expectations for any reason, their sponsors will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contest. This includes travel expenses.
-Travelers must have a valid passport to travel for the International competition.
